I had started working on a bumble bee image, when Clive Russell started talking about using bee imagery for CItizens Assembly work. This is a large version of the original, made for use on large flags and banners.
The paper is 945mm by 775mm, with the image being 700mm by 520mm.
Lino print using vanSon Univeral Black ink on 410 gram Somerset Satin paper, the coloured papers are handpainted in very thin layers of Rosco’s artist’s concentrated paint.
