Shop and purchases
All products sold through this website are handmade by Miles Glyn. Due to the nature of handmade work, each item is unique and may have minor variations in colour, texture and print from the images shown. This is a characteristic of the work, not a defect.
All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). We accept payment by bank transfer and PayPal (including credit and debit cards via PayPal). Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

Free collection is available from East London or Bridport, Dorset — please contact us to arrange. UK orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. International orders may take longer.
Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We will issue a full refund (including original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Colours may appear differently on screen compared to the physical product.
